We're hiring the people who will open this building in December — a director, lead teachers, assistants, floaters, and a cook. This application takes about 15 minutes. The short questions tell us what you've done; the longer ones tell us who you are, and we read every word.

No résumé required — though there's a place to mention one. Interviews include a paid working hour in a room, because watching someone with children beats any interview question we could write.
